  1. When is the resort open?<\/strong>
    Seasonal operations May\u2013October; Mary Cabin & Rainbow Lodge are year\u2011round.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Is there a lifeguard?<\/strong>
    No.\u00a0Parents\/guardians must supervise children at all times; lifejackets (PFDs) are required in boats. Resort staff do not supervise the waterfront.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Minimum stay?<\/strong>
    Two nights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Are pets allowed?<\/strong>
    Hilltop is no\u2011pet; other cabins require prior approval. Fees apply (see Policies).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Smoking\/vaping rules?<\/strong>
    Indoors is a NON\u2011SMOKING \/ VAPING FACILITY. Use designated outdoor areas only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. What kitchen gear is provided?<\/strong>
    In non\u2011Glamping cabins: oven\/range, fridge, basic cookware and utensils. See each cabin page for details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Internet & mobile coverage?<\/strong>
    Resort\u2011wide Wi\u2011Fi. Mobile service can be limited\u2014enable Wi\u2011Fi calling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Do you rent boats?<\/strong>
    No motorboat rentals. Registered guests may use canoes\/kayaks near shore at no charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Fire pits & BBQs?<\/strong>
    Yes. Follow current fire\u2011ban rules; use designated pits and keep water nearby.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. How do I check in?<\/strong>
    Self-check-in using a door code sent via email. Check\u2011out 10:00 AM; Check\u2011in 3:00 PM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Parking & trailers?<\/strong>
    Parking at each cabin; please move trailers to the RV\/overflow area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Accessibility?
    Our cabins are not fully accessible. Please contact us with your specific needs before booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Early check\u2011in \/ late check\u2011out?<\/strong>
    Subject to availability. Email info@nimpolakeresort.com in advance. Late check\u2011out may be available for a fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Cancellation & deposits?<\/strong>
    See the booking page for current deposit and cancellation terms; these may vary by season.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. Campfires & firewood?<\/strong>
    Use only designated fire pits; observe provincial\/municipal fire bans. Ask at check\u2011in about wood availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. Cribs or extra beds?<\/strong>
    Not provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  17. Closest fuel & groceries?<\/strong>
    Stock up in Williams Lake (cheapest options). Fewer, more expensive choices west of Williams Lake.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  18. Winter road & vehicle advice?<\/strong>
    If travelling in winter, use winter tires\/chains and plan for short daylight. DriveBC has current conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  19. Garbage, recycling & wildlife safety?<\/strong>
    Follow posted bear\u2011safe guidelines. Use designated bins and never leave food outside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  20. Drones & fishing licences?<\/strong>
    Drones are restricted in many park areas. BC Freshwater Fishing licences are required\u2014see official links.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  21. Long stays or monthly rates?<\/strong>
    Possible by request; email info@nimpolakeresort.com.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  22. Small events or group stays?<\/strong>
    Possible with quiet\u2011hours compliance. Please contact us with details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  23. Emergencies & nearest medical care?<\/strong>
    Dial 911. We will provide the nearest clinic\/hospital details in your pre\u2011arrival email and on the Plan Your Trip page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  24. Where can I launch or store my own boat?<\/strong>
    Launch from the resort shoreline. Keep boats secured at the dock; the dock is not designed for jet skis. \u2014<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
